Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Matt attended Penn State University, captained the Rifle Team and graduated with a degree on Business Logistics. Serving in the U.S. Army in a variety of
assignments including Chief of the World Wide Military Command and Control System Europe, and Deputy Director Artificial Intelligence Center Matt retired in 1992.”
After ten years in the corporate world developing computer technology where he invented and developed the ADAM notification system used by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, he took time off to publish his first Novel; a work military historical fiction entitled Tenth Man. He now has published his second novel, Very Public Data, and his third, Honor For Sale, that came out in the Spring of 2009.Matt is a Board Member of the Literacy Council of Highland and is committed to the cause of imporving literacy thoughout the community. Matt and his wife Rebecca are full-time residents of Highlands.

Originally from McKinny, Texas, Rebecca comes to Highlands after a career in the financial world and in Real Estate. With her in depth experience in commercial real estate and customer accounting Rebecca provides her customers with valued knowledge that make their purchase of their dream business or dream home as smooth as can be. Rebecca is the President of the Atlanta KIWI Club (Community Service Organization) and is dedicated to providing assistance to the less fortunate.
